Artist Tom Joyce works with metal. He had the finished piece for the National September 11th Museum arranged inside on the floor.  In Santa Fe some of his work can been seen at James Kelly Contemporary.

Star Liana York‘s secluded studio near the Rio Chama is filled with works in progress as well as finished pieces waiting to be delivered to galleries and clients. Terry Protheroe studio visit

Terry Protheroe

After a long stint as a jewelry/hardware designer in the New York world of fashion, master Goldsmith Terry Protheroe set up studio near Santa Fe. Having worked for clients such as Cartier, Tiffany, and Buccellati, he brings experience and a master’s touch to his projects. Projects such as collaborations with painter Rosetta Santiago, jewelry, furniture and old Ducatis. You can see some of his work at Nathalie’s in Santa Fe. Thomas Lehn studio visit

Thomas Lehn

Designer Thomas Lehn works in space that he shares with his wife Jane Lackey. He is co-chair of Design Santa Fe and chair of the annual Design Lab Exhibition. He teaches at Santa Fe University of Art and Design in the foundations program. He works in wood, designs furniture and interior spaces. You can see more of his work at thomaslehndesigns.com.

Steve Fitch studio visit

By definition a photographer works with light, so it seems a very natural path for photographer Steve Fitch to wander between working with photography and creating neon sculptures. He has enjoyed a long and successful career and currently is a member of the faculty of Santa Fe University of Art and Design. You can see samples of his work at stevefitch.com.
